Polished Concrete Grinding Steps
1. 30/40 Grit Metal Bond- Rough cut to remove coatings and open the surface.
2. 60/80 Grit Metal Bond- Refine the surface and flatten any high spots.
3. 100/120 Grit Metal Bond- Smooth out deeper scratches and prep for resin.
4. Apply Densifier- Hardens the surface before polishing. Let if dry fully.
5. 100 Grit Resin- Start honing with finer diamonds.
6. 200 Grit Resin- Further smooths and tightens the surface.
7. 400 Grit Resin- Begins to bring out a soft sheen.
8. 800 Grit Resin- Finial polish for a low gloss, reflective finish.
9. Too high gloss -1500-3000
